Описание: The village of Ötz is situated at the mouth of the Ötz Valley, which is named for the village. The holiday house is located in Ötzerau, about 2 km above the Ötz. The house is on a working farm, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy fresh products such as eggs, cheese and bacon directly from the farmer.The 6-person apartment is spread across the 1st and 2nd stories, with two bedrooms on the 1st storey, and the kitchen, living room and an additional bedroom on the 2nd storey. You have a view of the surrounding mountains, and the house makes a great base for hiking in summer. In winter, skiers meet up at the Hochoetz ski area, which has 27 km of ski runs and is especially ideal for families and beginners. And snowboarders will be right in their element at the fun park at Bielefelder Hütte.You can enjoy limitless skiing with the Super Ski Pass for the areas of Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden. A single ski pass gives you access to 220 km of ski runs and 60 state-of-the-art ski lifts. There is a ski bus stop very close to the house.The AREA 47 fun park is located at the mouth of the Ötz Valley.
